Unistream Vision
Unistream works to provide every boy and girl from the socioeconomic and social peripheries of Israel an opportunity to succeed, develop a meaningful career, and achieve economic independence in order to enhance socioeconomic opportunity, bridge societal gaps, and transform Israel’s periphery into an economic growth engine.
Unistream Mission
Unistream’s mission is to utilize a platform of entrepreneurial education to enable youth to acquire employment and life skills which they use to turn a start-up venture idea into a business plan, while simultaneously expanding their horizons and making a positive impact on the world.
"
When I started at Unistream, Ifelt a bit insecure and was uncomfortable being in groups of people. Ishowed up only with a desire to learn, with zero understanding of a start-upcompany or where to even begin. Since my time at Unistream, Ihave learned incredible amounts about entrepreneurship, and especially, aboutmyself; about being able to speak in front of others, and sharing themanagement skills I have learned. I have gained so much confidencethat I didn’t have before.

Theconfidence I found at Unistream, andwithin the group there, has helped me outside of Unistream as well. I went from being adisruptive student who almost never studies, to being one who excels bothsocially and academically, with the highest grade-point average in my class, at93. Somewhere inside of me, I always knew I was capable of going far, butit was really deep inside me, and my work at Unistream helped to bring it out into the open

Unistream changed my life. What was one a rarity is now a reality. As someone who came from Israel’s periphery, you don’t expect to encounter people, and especially women, in key positions such as a company CEO. The idea of the periphery is quite fixed, and Unistream, from 9th grade onwards, changes those entrenched ideas, encouraging you to believe that you can do whatever you set out to do. You can become the businessman or woman that you dream of being. You can establish a start-up that changes the world. This is the real deal! I believe that my exposure in 9th grade to leaders in the Israeli business and entrepreneurship fields at the Entrepreneur of the Year Competition helped me to understand first that we are all people, and second, that everyone can realize their dreams with the right opportunities and support.

In participating in Unistream programs I received many valuable tools from the worlds of technology and entrepreneurship. In addition, I had the opportunity to meet and be mentored by leaders in many different fields, and these connections and networks helped me enormously in my career over the years.
