Theory of
Change
Unistream’s work rests on a foundational belief that when individual young people come together in an atmosphere of support and encouragement, they can and do realize aspects of themselves that had been closed to them previously. Because Unistream’s programs insist that participants work collaboratively with others with similarly challenging backgrounds, as they grow as individuals they inevitably grow as a group of teens who share common goals.
Jewish and Arab, male and female, religious and not, these teens work together to develop a joint entrepreneurial project, with guidance from Unistream group leaders and mentors every step of the way, from project conception, to feasibility studies, building a budget and work plan, marketing, project prototype development, and attracting investors.
