In 1994, Mr. Zarom was one of the founding team members of Elronet, -the first commercial ISP in Israel which later merged into Netvision. While at Elronet, Mr. Zarom championed an initiative that became ArelNet, a publically traded company on the Israeli Stock Exchange (today owned by AirSpan). Mr. Zarom is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Decima Ventures Ltd., and also serves as the Chairman of the Firm. In 2018, Mr. Zarom founded WIV, a startup for managing tenants experience at office buildings holistically via technology, community, and services.
He is also the majority shareholder of Aspen Group, a publicly traded company on the Israel Stock Exchange that specializes in high yield commercial real estate and solar energy systems, with assets valued at approximately 3.1 billion NIS. Mr. Zarom has established himself as one of most successful entrepreneurs in the technology sector. Throughout his career, he has proven himself to be a creative visionary, an astute business person, and a keen strategic thinker.
Zarom holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Computer Science from City University of New York.
He is married with four children and divides his time between Tel Aviv and NYC.

Ifat holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Management and a bachelor’s degree in communications and management.
She has over 25 years of global experience in the worlds of marketing, management, and philanthropy and has served as head of business development and innovation of the Birthright Organization in North America, led the “Birthright Israel Excel” business leadership program and held the position of VP of marketing for the Friends of the IDF in the United States (FIDF).
Ifat believes in building bridges and partnerships between sectors, communities and individuals, and for the past ten years has focused on connecting between the business, social and entrepreneurial and innovation worlds, combining the worlds of education and leadership, for the empowerment of young people and communities.
She is a Maoz Fellow and a member of the Schusterman Fellowship leadership development program.
